Three of us stopped off for coke and ice on our ride from Workington to Tynemouth. Its a beautiful pub set in stunning scenery. We chatted to a few drinkers before setting off on our epic but will definitely go back!
Very nice. It was the 1st time I had been to Allenheads. I have been to Allendale on quite a few occasions. While I did not stay at the Allenheads Inn as I was on a day trip with my walking club. The service in the bar was very good and very helpful they were lovely people. A very enjoyable visit at the end of a brilliant walk. The 1 pint of Pennine Pale was very drinkable, the Devils water was much better. A very, very good but very hot day 🔥 🥵
