Pool night Wednesday. Arrived and the pub was already busy with a cracking atmosphere, greeted warmly as always. Great night of pool and craic, amazing service and the new pizza oven pizza's were beautiful. Really enjoyable evening and cracking hospitality. Thank you.
Exceptionally welcoming, and great beer choice. New to the area this year and I can’t think of a pub I’ve ever visited that gets so many things right. Theres always something going on, from cook offs to tonight’s hoedown. It’s really cozy inside and a decent garden when it’s sunny (the bbqs are great!). Landlords, and the whole team are incredibly hard working, and it shows every time you visit.
Such a cute little pub. Outside garden was lovely in the sun. Very friendly and welcoming.
Small, clean, tidy, friendly and with its own lovely dog. Oh and a pool table at only 70p a game. That's 20p more than the last time I played (25 years ago). Beer was excellent, gin selection was good. Staff very friendly. Highly recommended. Can't comment on the food but would love to find out. Maybe I will.
