Absolutely amazing service, the staff could not have been better, we arrived for Sunday lunch soaked to the bone and they could not have been more accommodating. We were extremely grateful. Sunday dinner was also amazing. Thanks again
Very busy hotel , fair considering the great location. The place is lovely with fireplaces and big tables , is dog friendly and the food really nice with lots option dairy free and gluten free (just what I needed!) We stayed in room 5 with our dog, was gorgeous with a huge bathtub. The owner and the staff is lovely and helpful, we had a very positive experience, thanks so much ! Only thing I wanna add is : we didn't pay the £3 to go down the waterfall cause we stayed at the hotel but I don't think anyone should pay to go look that natural gorgeousness!
Beautifully located. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Food was spot on,the sticky toffee pudding was delicious. The staff seem to want to go that extra mile for customers. The room was on the small side, but the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless, the water pressure for the shower was also very good. We would definitely return.
A third visit for us. We stopped off for lunch with a large group en route to elsewhere. The food was excellent and was served quickly, despite there being lots of us. Staff were welcoming, helpful and very efficient. Lots of easy parking. The Waterfall is worth a visit, especially after some heavy rain when it’s in full force. Am sure we will visit again.
Has the pleasure of a lunch stop as part of a road trip, good access and parking, good service and some lovely lunch menu choices. I'd Definitely go back. The falls are worth the gentle walk down and were quite spectacular after so much rain. Both are worth stopping for 👍
