Extremely helpful and friendly staff, especially Connor who found us a table even though it was very busy and we hadn't booked and an even bigger thank you to Jasmine for looking after us so well. We were especially impressed by being asked if we had any allergies, not many places do that. The food was absolutely amazing, we can't recommend the restaurant highly enough and we will definitely be back.
I have always wanted to try a steak at tomahawk. My god! It was one of the best steaks I've ever had! Cooked to perfection! One minor complaint would be the buttery garlic sauce I had for the steak was nice, but bland, could do with some salt added, but rest of the meal was fantastic! Staff was great and attentive and it was my birthday and they made my pudding real special! 😊
We ( my husband & I ) went to this Tomahawk Steakhouse in Newcastle on the 6/10/2023 - Friday. This is the 4th Tomahawk Steakhouse we have been to. We love ALL the Tomahawk Steakhouse from various cities. Whichever place we have a holiday that has Tomahawk Steakhouse. We sure would have our lovely, romantic dinner in Tomahawk Steakhouse. Tomahawk Steak is so tender and flavour & is so skilfully done. With great presentation. The service was excellent. We were served by a waiter named Connor. He is so attentive and helpful, & a warm, welcoming smile. He made sure we had everything we ordered and made sure the food was in satisfactory condition. We would be back to more Tomahawk Steakhouse in a different city around the UK. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
At first, we were a little disappointed. We arrived one hr early and couldn't be seated, so we sat at the bar for a pre-drinks for an hour. As we waited, there were 3 empty tables (2, abd 2x 4 seaters), and was showing availability online. So we were not sure why we had to wait so long. As soon as our booked time came, we watched a table being cleaned down for us (the 2 seater that had been empty the whole duration we were there), and we got seated at our allotted time. The food and service was awesome! So was worth the wait. There was a special menu on. £20 for 3 courses and pay for the extras (such as sauces and extra sides) , but we wanted the surf and turf from the main menu. It was around £80 that came with sirloin and rump steak, king prawns, squid rings, oysters, fantastic lobster and prawn mac&cheese, as well as your own chosen 4 sides. We had garlic Brocoli, beef dripping chips (LOVE THESE!), beer battered onion rings, and cheesy brisket hash browns. We also had a garlic sauce, which was extra. It was all INCREDIBLE! I'm not a fan of oysters but I tried it anyway. It did have shell in, which cemented why I really dont like oysters. We requested medium on both the steaks (as couldn't have diff temps). My hubby likes his steak done rare and I'm a well cooked kinda gal. Tbh the sirloin was more med-well, and the rump was cooked well done. So I was super happy 😄. Hubby still really enjoyed it, and they were seasoned really well. All together, we paid around £120 which includes drinks and extras. We didn't have puds, and we were stuffed! Even with these small niggles, I would highly recommend going again. Highly enjoyed the food and could eat it all again (minus the oysters for me! Hubby can have both next time 😊).
Well this is a hard one, wanted to give four but few things let it down today giving it 3⭐ I visited here today the restaurant is really lovely and the staff are friendly. The restaurant lovely and clean and so we're the toilets. Now the food well.... The starter came out quick enough hot enough and was lovely Then it all went down hill from here Waited over 20 minutes for main meal after I had to ask where it was, management came over and apologised, she was lovely about it but when the food finally came out it was disappointing and cold. The hottest thing was cauliflower cheese l, oh yeah gravy was lovely also shame it wasn't a nicer meal as was looking forward to it all day. Quite reasonably priced and the portion was generous and looked nice. As you can guess didn't bother with pudding. After speaking to management again I came away happy Would i visit again 🤔🤔I always believe in giving second chance so yes I would x
