About us

A relaxed traditional 17th century country pub and restaurant located at the foot of the Brendon Hills. Find us on the edge of the beautiful Exmoor National Park in the village of Langley Marsh, 1 mile north of the old market town of Wiveliscombe.

Here you will find a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere. We serve local ales, ciders, and hand picked wines to accompany a variety of traditional home cooked food, it's also the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing drink by the log fires.

My first visit to the Three Horseshoes was a couple of Sundays ago for lunch. Cathy's hospitality, the food, the drinks.... All spot on... That was a delicious roast lunch... Thank you!

Popped in on the off chance looking for Sunday lunch. Lovely warm welcome, we were lucky to be able to have a table, lovely meal, loads of vegetables all beautifully cooked. Would definitely recommend but strongly suggest you book to avoid disappointment.

Food was very good and l know that everything is fresh and is cooked well. Very friendly staff and the pub is smart comfortable and clean. Does not open in the day but opens at 7 pm. There are some very interesting photos on the wall of the pub in bygone years. Will be returning to this pub next time we are down the west country.
