    we will be creating a menu entirely of "waste" food. Our chefs will be up early collecting food that would be otherwise destined to be thrown away. We will then prepare a menu and create a variety of creative and tasty dishes.

    Our aim for the evening is to show the quality of food that is being disposed of on a daily basis, and the tasty foods that we don't use as they are not "trendy" or desirable.
    The impact of food waste is catastrophic to the environment and scandalous to the people of the world who are starving.
    The Pickle Palace, makers extraordinaire of chutneys, pickles and jams. A Social Enterprise that uses as much fruit and vegetables from locally sourced farm shops, allotments and supermarkets as we can rescue from landfill, all lovingly up-cycled into absolutely fantastic products.
    With an ethos of joining communities together, wasting no food and helping others do the same. 'Pay as you Feel market is now open every

    11-2pm held in Greenside Cricket Club
    alongside a weekly lunch club which starts at 12:30.
    They offer this to the public allowing us to share all of the rescued food donated to us from supermarkets in return for a donation which will then be used to fund the enterprise, bringing more opportunities to our community.
