Nice local type bar, good selection of drinks on offer at good prices, worth a visit on the weekend for entertainment.
Under new management! Again! Staff friendly and accommodating, even to the extent of the local drug and herb tradesmen. Early days so perhaps after a thoroughly good clean, and a sharp learning curve, it may become a local successes story. This time round! We wait to see.
Just been taken over. Very friendly staff and managers are very helpful and welcoming beer is always good not badly priced. Local family pub clean.
Unfortunately it is my understanding that as of p.m. 10 1 18 the couple running the pub had been given zero notice to vacate the premises by the landlord. The reasons behind this decision are not known to me though the married couple who ran the pub were more than able and successful.
Nice proper pub. Always a good welcome. There is one street parking. But not a place you drive to more the.type of place to go to if you are in the area. Shows most sports games on BT and Sky. Good if you want to let your hair down and not worry what the clientele are thinking. They will probably join in with you! Not food served just bar snacks. Good place to drop in before and after Plymouth Albion home games. They always give a warm welcome. The prices are good and the.beer is always good. They have a good selection of spirits and soft drinks also.
