We held our son’s first birthday party at the Saracens Head and had a wonderful time. Natalie was very helpful in organising the food/space for the party and was really accommodating with the increase in numbers for food/guests. The staff were fantastic on the day and the food was great. We highly recommend the Saracens Head for events. Thank you! ☺️
DO NOT GO 🤢 if it could be a zero star it would be. Service was awful- waited 30 before asking for someone to take our order. Then waiting an hour for our food to turn up. It turned up wrong, cold and burnt!! This is how our food turned up.
Just had a wake for my mum at the he Saracens Head.From our first contact with Natalie the manager things were well taken care of. The staff,the chef the pub and the atmosphere were wonderful. The food was great Freshly cooked beef,turkey and ham. Garlic chicken and quiche. We would highly recommend. Natalie was fabulous in taking in to account our preferences. She went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you to everyone at the Saracens Head who worked so hard to make my mum's send off memorable. You are all stars.
I went to a children's party There was a reserved space but also play area was open to others. And that was good as was busy not just birthday group. Service was good and friendly. Food kid's liked, appeared to be 3 choices. From adult view food was OK. Mr dinosaur came in. Again kid's loved it. Me I thought a bit naff. Thought it was just me but several made comments that signage to hall was not clear .
Not been here for 15+ years, when you used to be able to get 2 for £10. Ordered the sirloin @ £20, thought I was gonna get the usual pub standard food but honestly this was amazing, everything on the plate just tasted like quality. Will definitely be making the 30 mile trip to eat here again.
