Met friends for a meal. Staff were friendly as always. Food was lovely as usual. Portions are huge. Would love to see light bites or small portions as don't like food waste. Nice to see they sell cans of Coca-Cola to balance out the artificial sweeteners laden drinks on tap. Been a few times and will definitely continue to use them.
Had a couple of meals here now, both times top notch. My wife says best lasagne shes ever had. Price is good and staff very friendly. Parkings ok. Will be revisiting definately. 🎖
Service is really good,friendly, and prompt. The food was lovely and all 4 of us aren't easily please. We only had dinner but will definitely be back again.
Superb meal. All the meals coming out looked exceptionally good. Large choice on the menu. Fantastic service. Looking forward to returning to try more.
After years of neglect and closure the new owners of the Oak have made a real village feature of this pub restaurant. Good and varied selection of meals at reasonable prices and a decent pint keep this place busy on any night of the week. Tuesdays is Thai night and that's always popular. Live music occasionally on special days and holidays sees it packed out. With a nice beer garden, covered area and streetside seating, there's something for everyone.
