I arranged a Girls School Reunion recently and we were a large party of fifteen Ladies of a certain age in life who had not been together fit 40 years. Jan from the management staff was so helpful and was able to help us out when we’d ordered from an older menu. The chef was able to accommodate us which wasn’t necessary but was just such a lovely thing to do and very much appreciated. We ended up having a room to ourselves and were able to have a bit of a party and really enjoy ourselves. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was a problem. Food was delicious as always and so were the half dozen bottles of wine 😂. I have been going to the Ridley for about 50 years when I came with my parents each week, then over the years as we moved further North, the Ridley was been a place or meet as it is easy access with great parking. If it wasn’t for our hour and a half drive, it would have been Sunday Lunch. My thanks and great appreciation goes to all the staff from Mnagement, Chef’s and waiting/ bar staff, you were all brilliant. 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
So.. I haven't been the Ridley Arms for a couple of years until a few days ago. I have to say the food was absolutely outstanding. The starter I had came with a chirozo jam chutney. I take my hat off to the chef. It was phenomenal. The service was excellent and it was nice to see young staff with such nice manners . It was a pleasure to visit . Thank you chef . You know who you are ....
Called in on the way past for food with friends. Service was good and food good as well. Even had a dog memu as well. I had the chicken and leek pie and my OH had fish and chips which where very nice. Must be dog friendly having a dog menu as well 🐶😂
We were looking for a nice country pub with good food and relaxing atmosphere and Ridley Arms did not disappoint fantastic in every aspect already booked for our next meal. I have to say that all the staff from the moment we arrived to end of our visit were helpful,polite and professional
Amazing food! Lovely warm atmosphere highly recommend. Everything served to our party of 20 looked plentiful and everyone had amazing things to say. Prices are amazing for the quality and quantity.
