We have just moved here and wanted to relax for an hour and let someone else cook for us. The Red Hawk did not disappoint on any level. Tasty food and a good choice. Clean and comfortable surroundings and friendly, helpful staff. Neither too busy nor too quiet at the weekend. So good, we came back for another meal the following day.

The red Hawk (Named after the jet aircraft made in Brough) is a large modern spacious pub. Even though it was quite busy when I called in, there was lots of seating available. Mainly aimed at the food trade There is a large and varied menu. There is an excellent choice of beers, Largers and cider. There is also cask conditioned real ale, which was in excellent form when I called in. The staff are very friendly and efficient. It's a nice cosy, comfortable pub. There is an attractive outside seating area.

Popped in for a Sunday dinner with my father and grandson. The service was very good and a lovely lady called Caroline helped me with a high chair and getting me some boiling water for preparing the babies dinner. She was very helpful and made our visit easier. The food was good and there was a nice atmosphere in the pub.

Mediocre service by 1st bartender. Nice food came out quickly with large portions even though 1st choice (mixed grill) wasn't available. 2nd bartender was lot more friendly and lovely desserts came out promptly also. Will visit again if we are in the area.

New GM Carlos delivered an excellent customer service with his team 👍🏻 There was 15 of us eating and drinking And we all had a great time, nice little touches. Food is a lot better than the previous year we had our party there. We definitely will return with business. Thank you (Surf and turf was good and generous portions)
