Next to Hammersmith Bridge, this redbrick-faced establishment has a smartly furnished interior with tiled flooring and wood-panelling (tongue and grooved throughout). Divided into three parts with semi-secluded seating areas and two smaller rooms at the rear. Licensed in 1827 as the City Arms, it was rebuilt in 1889 after being condemned by the licensing bench. Under the same ownership as the Duke of Cornwall nearby. One real ale pump, plus keg beers.
Amazing pub with a lovely atmosphere and super friendly staff. On this occasion I went here with 3 colleagues as we won the X-mas local business raffle. We ordered pies and pints and were really happy with what we received. Also of note is the excellent games collection and 2 for 1 cocktail deal. 10/10 pub and I'm sure we will be back soon! :)
Visited here on Sunday whilst in the area. The pub is what you'd expect from a traditional British pub, with wooden walls, a fireplace and good quality beers. I ordered The Mothership Pie which was a steak and craft ale pie on a bed of mash potato, minted mushy peas, crispy onions and cheddar cheese on top. My food arrived within 10 minutes, was piping hot and tasty! The rugby was on during my time here with commentary playing so definitely a good place to enjoy a crisp pint, delicious pie and live sport! Would definitely recommend.

Great hidden gem for Thai food! We got the platter and a jungle curry, along with a pint and glass of wine, all for under £40. An absolute steal in London! Shoutout for their amazing spring rolls and crab cakes, as well as their very spicy Jungle curry. Would be happy to return
Love this place! Great value and delicious Thai food (especially the egg fried rice, and beef rice) Friendly staff. Wanted to meet the cat but didn't see him this time. 🥲
