About us
The Newsroom bar boasts an extensive drink list with innovative and seasonal cocktails, selected imported beers, a wide array of wines and a large premium spirit and whisky collection.
Our highly creative and knowledgeable kitchen team are as passionate about cooking as you are about eating, so new dishes and soups make our specials board every day. We only use the best local produce and fresh ingredients in our ever-changing seasonal menu. Our home made secret-recipe burgers are the renowned regulars on the menu, while the rest of the dishes are a medley of Scottish cuisine and influences from the rest of the world.
