Film fans may recognise the exterior of Bunker from the opening sequence of Trainspotting, the big-screen adaptation of the Irvine Welsh novel, and once inside, they could well believe themselves to be stars of their own movie - except this one would be moody, arty and European. With its low ceilings, brass fittings and hard floor Bunker creates just the right atmosphere to appreciate the high-quality selection of international beers and spirits. Offering late-night drinking all week, the joint really gets jumping on Friday and Saturday when live DJs supply an eclectic soundtrack.
