Hard to judge on a weekday lunchtime. Very quiet and a bit of odour about the place but spacious with two pool tables and about 4 dartboards
A great pub, lovely people there, got a good area for darts, and 2 pool tables. The only downside is they are not open super late, also they are a nice outside area with TV screens for sports entertainment. 5 🌟 from me :)
Adam and Emma have made a difference to this pub in the last few years. Much better atmosphere. Foods great, band selection is awesome and they've sorted out an abortion of what was the gents bathroom. Cleared out the riff-raff and and due massive credit for turning a pub around that had gone stale. Well done to these two 👍
Visited on a live music evening ... considering the pub was packed , the staff did an excellent job ensuring there was a limited wait to be served. For that I thank you. This pub is right next door to a spoons ... so SUPPORT IT. Else one day all our pubs will lack atmosphere and we'll lose our friendly local ( like this pub ) ... and for the sake of cheap beer, land up with dives like Whetherspoons!
