Friday 26th January 2024 Today, this gteat wadsworth free house was visited in the old town area of Swindon. This pub has a great range of hand pumped Wadsworth ales on there were some Wadsworth ales on not very much seen today see picture put on site Apleasent horseshoe drinking area . This pub has a 1970s saloon style interior with a wooden floor. The locals are propper working class people, not yupee doo ponces we see in too many pubs nowadays, an excellent English real ale pub Well done, all involved
Good old fashioned drinking pub with friendly bar staff.
Very local pub with not much going for visitors. No food, limited beer selection. It's fine for a quick drink on your way somewhere else.
Great night as always tonight great friendly polite staff and great atmosphere!!
No food served here. It's one of swindon remaining wet pubs. It's ok for a few drinks and if you want to watch football on the big screen.
