Very unfriendly place, I've been to many pubs mostly good, not many bad but this place takes the crown for all the wrong reasons. Staff have bad attitude and don't want your custom, locals don't want outsiders in there. Also not dog friendly at all but it reckons to be so. My advice would be to avoid like the plague!

We politely went to the toilet before intending to purchase some drinks and got followed into the bathroom by staff. We were going to buy drinks afterwards but then got heckled out. Don’t go here. Unprofessional and intimidating. Lost our custom.
What a brilliant 'proper pub'.Great prices, great atmosphere,and music. Couldn't fault it. A truly great lady on the door, told us where to find a table and even phoned around trying to get us a taxi home. Definitely top of our list next time we are in pwhelli
