Went for Sunday lunch as recommended by friends. Did not disappoint the staff were so friendly and helpful. Dog friendly restaurant staff brough my dog water as soon as we sat dow. Food was delicious fabulous roast beef/turkey dinner so tasty. Fish amazing and my grandson loved his burger. We would definitely go there again, great atmosphere as you go in and such a comfortable feeling loved it x
Great place to stay, Beaumaris Town. Comfortable room, lovely breakfast, great choice of evening meals, attentive staff, great price for 3 day break. Historical pub/hotel. Stayed over New Year 2 years ago, and staying again this New Year for the Beaumaris fireworks display. Beaumaris is a beautiful town, many independent shops/pubs/hotels/restaurants/tea rooms. Beautiful mountain views from the sea front/harbour/pier. Anglesey is a beautiful island with lots to do and see, this is why we keep returning, and the Beaumaris Liverpool arms is a great base to stay and explore from.
I visited for food, they had a good looking menu, I decided to go off the specials board for my mains. food was definitely value for money as the portion sizes were massive, we ended up taking our left overs home with us. only negative thing I'd say is that our starters were the size of mains mostly due the amount of salad that was on the plate, a bit dated if you ask me and all of us noticed our food was slightly over cooked and under seasoned but with S+P on the table that wasn't an issue in the end.
Went there for lunch and it didn’t disappoint. Dog friendly - the waitresses were so kind to my bouncy German shepherd pup and played with him for a few minutes to entertain him. The food was freshly prepared and delicious - highly recommend the spinach and goats cheese tart. Great portions and reasonably priced. Thank you so much.
We have already eaten here twice this week. They are a dog friendly pub and they are so welcoming. The food and the service is top notch. We have left empty plates every time. We can recommend the steak pie, lasagne, minted lamb and the beef stroganoff so far. Will definitely call again.
