Myself and my partner stayed in Anglesey over the weekend. We didn't stayed at the bold arms but found it when we wanted somewhere to stop and have a drink. The locals and landlady (Hannah )were very welcoming. We decided to go back the next day. They had a singer on that night and we had a fantastic time Hannah stayed and had drinks with us. Will most certainly be going back and stopping in the pub ☺️ Small things can make a huge difference. Thank you to all at the bold arms.
Called here for tea earlier this evening as we were staying just up the road. A great, welcoming pub. We took our 4 week old son with us and this was no issue. The food was great value for money. We took advantage of their "Pizza and a pint deal" where for £12 you get a 9" pizza with three toppings, chips and a pint of choice. We went for the Guinness! We also shares some of the pulled pork nachos. Both the nachos and pizzas were spot on! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Thanks for a lovely evening!
What a great little find just off the Beaumaris High Street. Decor is not too fussy, but comfortable, spacious and clean. Couple of pool tables and sports screens. Beer garden is a little small, but it is in town. The beer is nice and reasonably priced. Now for the best bit... The food. Absolutely Excellent! Top quality and very well cooked .Had fish & Chips. So nice and perfectly fresh with a delicious light batter. Thoroughly enjoyed our meals, especially after such an awful mess at the Midland Tapas just around the corner the previous evening. Over our week in the beautiful Beaumaris we ended up going into the Bold almost every day. As for the staff... super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend establishment 😁👍
Went for lunch with our 3 small dogs. Felt very welcome, dog biscuits and water bowls to help yourself for the dogs and good menu choice for us. Food was excellent (double stack burger and the Pizza). They have meal deals including a drink which are great value. Would recommend and would return if there again. Thank you.
Went here with friends after camping for a hot meal and cold drink before the drive back home. I've got to say it was a lovely pub in a good location to the town and the cheese burger I ordered was amazing! The portion size was perfect, I wasn't too full and didn't want any more. The staff were nice and chatty. Well worth walking that little bit further to give this place a try.
