Came in Saturday for karaoke at 9 pm. Guys including the bartender/manager too busy playing dominoe type game. No interest about customers. Told Karaoke wasn't on the boss man couldn't give a toss. Good pub ruined.
Braw Bar today mibbie some Aberdeen Supporters but ok this time, no singing, but Heay what have they to sing about. 4-0 .
Indeed a very welcoming pub. Perhaps the finest Bombay mix I’ve ever experienced, courtesy of the house. The Guinness is pretty good too.
Great fun. Yes, enjoy the new places in the city but pop up to this old Dundee pub. Try your luck at the Sunday afternoon dominoes competition Really warm welcome and more than reasonable prices.
What a great evening in Landywell Taverne. We chanced along the pub and heard the live music, so we went in. So many very experienced and talented musicians played and sang the whole evening. And all people had been so friendly. So we had many very nice chats. So if you're in Dundee (especially on a Thursday) - This pub is definitely a MUST

Grab a beer, sit back in a restful booth and admire the neo-Gothic, Flanders-style architecture, keeping those digits busy with boardgames, beer books and a range of hot and cold food.
