What an amazing atmosphere, if you enjoy live music and a cozy fun place to hang out and have a drink, this is it. The food was good, but that's not the main reason you go here (the time I went I believe the only option was pizzas). There are some very talented musicians playing here, and the staff is top notch. If you have an evening free in Glasgow, head down here for a bit and have a great time.
Great venue, just so happened to arrive really early for a gig and there was a Hype Club event going on that was brilliant, especially seeing the young performers get that confidence boost. Prices were decent and service was quick. A great experience for intimate gigs.
Here for Isaac Gracie gig, venue is perhaps a little on the small side but it is intimate, and concerts do tend to be very much on the cheaper side. Not tonight but I have been here in the past and the event was ruined by folks talking in the bar. Booze at the bar is a tad on the pricey side. And again tonight to see Lo Moon, as Iโve said itโs intimate, so much so two of main act band members were standing next to me watching part of the support act.
Amazing venue for up and coming artists! Always a great crowd of people and always a great night! Drink prices are reasonable. Queue at the bar is really quick! The actual venue is quite small and it can get quite busy but it's definitely worth it! The sound is fantastic. Went to see Corella a few weeks ago and they were ๐๐ผ Looking forward to the next visit next week to see Krooked Kings ๐
Tonight's gig was 5 piece Pastel's sell out tour at King Tut's Wah Wah Hut. Signed to Manchester Independent label Spirit of Spike Island. Pastel have that early Indie / Brit Pop sound, very Stone Roses-esque. Good gig, very lively crowd. Looking forward to hearing more.
