Amazing hotel! A great place to stay that is also dog friendly everywhere expect the restaurant which is fair. Our room was great, never heard a single noise from other guests coming and going despite being beside the lift. Staff were lovely and we look forward to staying again.
Rooms are dated and poorly maintained, location is OK. Bar has no atmosphere and very expensive, avoid. First time I've ever been downgraded in a hotel. Booked a suite, both TV's were faulty, mini bar had not been restocked, downgraded to club room, no heating in bathroom and bedroom lght did not work.
A good comfortable hotel with great service. I had issues with hot water in the bathroom. It was so hot (almost boiling) and very difficult to control. There was a sign to warn water was hot. I wouldn't expect this from a hotel that charged £145 per night. Also one of the taps in the sink was broken. Apart from that, no issues
Had a lovely stay here for a work event. Staff on reception and the bar/restaurant were very helpful and friendly. Room was great and perfect location
