Originally booked for triple room was asked if we minded double via email and we agreed. We got charged the same amount and heard them telling a couple they’d been upgraded for nothing (to our booked room) the bathroom if you could call it that was shared and not the cleanest. Room was surprisingly clean. Ordered two drinks at the bar which came to £10! Didn’t have another due to the price! Loud music booming through the room and women screaming downstairs. Basically for £176 we got a basic room that you could pay £25 a night if in Blackpool. We checked out a day early as two nights was MORE THAN ENOUGH! 1000% will never return nor recommend to anyone.
Customer service brilliant my party included 3 elderly golden girls who really appreciated the fuss thankyou xxx
Sunday lunch was diabolical frozen mixed veg floating in water and the meat was miniscule. No Yorkshire pudding tiny portion.we won't be back
Went for food this evening and was very disappointed. Not the cleanest place. Desserts were very poor and staff took criticism as a personal attack. Won’t be returning anytime soon. Such a shame as we were looking forward to the re opening
Called in for lunch yesterday Attentive friendly staff Good food reasonable prices Nice atmosphere Well worth a visit Dog friendly too
