Non-members always welcome. We are a social club offering numerous facilities including snooker, pool, darts and live SKY, BT and PRIME televised sports. We have a large function room (The Poppy Suite) hosting line dancing and bingo. The function room is available for private hire. Cask ales are regularly updated in our friendly bar.

Visited to give Blood, a medium sized hall for social or donation events. Just a little small for the Blood People. Friendly staff, clean facilities, large carpark and a separate bar. Looks like it would be good for any celebrations.

Friendly club . Reasonably priced ale. Hosts various entertainment. Shows the sports. Has snooker and darts. Recommended. 🎱 🎯 ⚽️ 🏉 🍺 🎶 🎤

Often go there for a drink, a comfortable atmosphere, great staff, and cold beer. Some interesting events are held there from time to time. A large percentage of the patrons are ex service men & women.

Fabulous night for my husbands 60th birthday party. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the room is lovely. Plenty of room for buffet, band and dancing with the bonus of air conditioning - a godsend on a warm night! Would thoroughly recommend for any function x

We had our wedding reception here on Saturday and it was fantastic. The room itself is the nicest function room in the area, it's clean and modern and no dodgy carpet that most rooms seem to have. The sound system is also amazing we didn't even need a DJ. Chris and his team were fantastic hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they kept the drinks flowing, I'd highly recommend the room to anyone looking for to organise a party.
