Following a recent refurbishment, the Giant Inn now offers the finest food and drink in modern, comfortable surroundings. All our meals are cooked to order using fresh ingredients, sourced from local suppliers. We also offer a full range of real ales, again supplied by local brewers, including a variety of ales from the Cerne Abbas Brewery.
To the rear of the inn, we have a landscaped terraced garden, a real oasis in the summer where you can sit and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this unique village. If you are feeling more boisterous, the garden also houses a traditional skittle alley, a popular destination for our rapidly expanding skittle league. The inn also plays host to a wide variety of special events ranging from the Giant Beer Festival, to quiz nights and music nights.

Quaint Pub in a small village (with three pubs!) Nice, friendly and sometimes live music. Hours are wonky as Cerne Abbas is very small but worth a visit when they are open. Cheers!
Absolutely lovely place, super dog friendly, food was amazing and really reasonably priced. Bar staff couldn't do enough for us and the dogs.
Super evening. No complaints whatsoever. First time I've visited since new ownership. Lots of light and space. Superb salmon starter with nice fresh bread started followed by excellent steak pie - one of the best I've had. Highly recommended. Will be returning. Very pleasant staff.
