Disregarding the food (inedible), everyone working appeared to have a very deep, chesty cough and no inclination to cover their mouths. Not only this but the mens, womens and disabled toilets had no soap. I reported this much to the staff's disinterest. Not filled for the hour we were at the restaurant. To the best of my knowledge these are the only toilets which means staff could not be keeping any sort of hygiene routine. I have raised this with Whitbread directly who responded with a boilerplate response. This used to be my choice for hosting business customers, rest assured it will no longer be. Attached picture is the 'Cheddar, Mozzarella & Emmental Cheese fondue with balasmic onion confit and toasted ciabatta' which even visually, you can tell is nowhere near the truth. Everything else was worse. PS. Not the main issue here but the wi-fi doesn't work even if you pay for it and there is no 4G

Sunday family lunch meal to celebrate one of our daughters birthdays. First visit in a number of years. Meals were tasty and good value, even more so as Beefeater had sent me a 40% off mains. Wine prices are reasonable. Cocktails good value, but could not make the old fashions ordered by two of us. Our waitress was first rate, friendly and helpful..
The Best Beefeater we have been to! We visited yesterday evening as we were staying in the Premier Inn next door. Very friendly staff especially our waitress Bianca. She couldnt do enough to make my family feel welcome. Food very tasty and hot. Great deal 3 course for £6.99 for children and even had steak for my son! Would deffo rec a visit. Will deffo be returning.
