Excellent service at lunchtime on the 2nd jan staff were very friendly and helpful as our bus load arrived for drinks and lunch.
We had a meal at teatime before going to the Little Theatre. Very nice teatime meal, nicely served in the bar. Reasonably priced. The room was a little cold. Very pleasant staff
Had an evening meal & the service was faultless. Great value for money & everything we ordered was really tasty. Definitely be back.
Nice clean bar/food area. Nice man behind the bar. Really well cooked steak, best we've had in a while. Cooked to how we asked for it, which most struggle to do. Would recommend to pop in for food.
Dropped in for a drink and a meal. Unfortunately for us, food was finished when we arrived. However food continued to arrive from the kitchen for 20 minutes more. My partner made the mistake of ordering a Guinness. It was warm and the head was as flat as a well made bed sheet. He drank it but didn't enjoy it. Hand drier in the toilets not working. Heat on very high for a mild evening.
