Cosy town centre pub opening onto two separate roads it is enjoying an upturn in trade since the introduction of the smoking ban. Live sports on screen at all times. Likely to get busy when big football matches are on. Traditional boozer open all day every day. Real ales generally from the Theakston range.

Just called in and tbh, poor as no real hand pulled ale at all. So promising from the outside. But just cask beer/lager. Really disappointed ☹️ sorry.
One of Penrtihs best real pubs. Quick service and a hit with the locals. Central location and warm
Honest pub, very friendly, really enjoyed the Robinson's ale
Enjoyed the Saturday afternoon atmosphere, mind you almost walked straight back out when I saw one of the barmen wearing a scum U top, beer was good didn't eat.
Very disappointing, for the amount you pay for a Sunday dinner you would expect better quality. The only nice thing was the Yorkshire pudding everything else was terrible. One lady who works there has no customer service at all, very unfriendly. Food was cold, tasteless and undercooked. I would say the dinner was worth £5.95 not £16.95 and that’s being generous. School dinner standards but you learn from mistakes won’t be back.
