Amazing couple of days at the Worms Head Hotel, room 18 had incredible views and very comfortable, weather was good so got out and about at this beautiful location. Food was excellent and quick service, staff very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be returning.
Small but simple and unfussy hotel in a stunning location. Friendly and polite staff, spotlessly-clean rooms with fabulous views and a traditional no-nonsense bar and restaurant with a varied and plentiful menu. No, it's not a five-star grand hotel with pool, sauna and chillaxing areas to hang out in all day, but a place in which to eat and sleep when you're done hiking at the end of the day. Book a room with views onto the bay as the rooms overlooking the large National Trust car park on the other side can carry a fair bit of noise early in the morning and late at night, not helpful if you want to get an early night or have a righteous lie-in, but that's just about the only criticism I can level at this place, cheers!
We ate lunch in the pub, and found the food was just ok/decent but the views are absolutely spectacular. They had both indoor and outdoor seating, and food was reasonably priced. It was a bit slow to order, but came Saturday 12:45 on a bank holiday weekend so understandable. Multiple vegetarian options were available, and dessert looked great (though we didn’t partake). Toilets are clean as well so good stop overall.
Very comfy room with amazing view. Greeted with great customer service. Breakfast was delicious. Really enjoyed our stay. The only downsides we found was the menu at the restaurant was quite basic and overpriced, the room became very hot overnight (we opened the window but to no avail) and we had to pay £6 each day for parking.
Really lovely stay, the room had the best sea view ever and it was furnished very nicely. The bed was really comfy and the bathroom with shower was a great size. Had a pleasant evening meal and the breakfast room was in a function room down the hall. Everything was so clean at breakfast it was a delight and the breakfasts were freshly cooked, I had scrambled egg on toast and my husband had a full breakfast and it looked fab. Really great place to stay in a lovely location.
