I have been to the Brewers Fayre Beckton several times over the last few weeks for the 'all you can eat' breakfast. The atmosphere is very much to my taste as is the food. I leave well fed and watered for a very reasonable price. I intend to be a regular customer. Today though, I went for the carvery and again was very impressed by the entire experience. I'll probably end up going in the evenings for a booze up as well at this rate. Five stars all round.
Excellent time spent at this restaurant. We had a Christmas dinner with about 29 people and the way the staff members handled the whole night was amazing. Thank you to James for the fantastic mocktails and attention to detail. Thank you Emmanuel for the brilliant service and great management. It was a night to remember and all thanks to you guys. Once again thank you.
absolutely awful - went for a xmas party, ordered food shortly after we arrived however took two hours to finally get there. they then told us that half of us had to go get our veggies & stuff from the carvery bit even tho they said they would serve us, got me a vegan chicken that i didnt want and so they returned it, still didnt get my food & then 20 minutes later i asked and they proceeded to say “oh did you still want that?” what a joke of a place, servers have a horrid attitude & the 4 stars for atmosphere is only because we made it fun. yorkshire puds were doughy, cheese wasnt even melted & they gave me a scrawny piece of bacon for my smothered chicken. avoid.
So I took my daughter here for her 16th birthday and she had a great time . There was 6 of us all together and the staff all made us feel so welcoming and so friendly They even brought a little cake with a candle thank you all
As soon as we walked into Windsor House, the atmosphere is nice and calming. We was greeted by a lovely lady called Mandy who had a polite and lovely manner. she made us feel welcome straight away. Charlotte who served us at the bar, greeted us with a smile and a well pleasant manner. the food is outstanding, tender chicken and steak, also the ribs. everything was done to perfection. Mandy and Charlotte made us feel comfortable and for my 1st visit made us want to return again soon. overall everything about our experience was amazing. worth every penny spent. value for money. Mandy and Charlotte deserve the recognition for their outstanding customer service.
