Just had an excellent Sunday lunch with great service. Great team work between serving staff and kitchen which resulted in a really enjoyable lunch. Thanks!
If you want a pub with good food , generous portions at a reasonable price this is one to visit, as the owners are local farmers and run a nearby farm shop you get quality produce. The Staff were good and on the ball with service. There is outside seating with some of it covered. All in all a good village pub with a traditional feel and atmosphere.
A lovely pub with excellent food and a good selection on the menu. Portions were generous and prices were very reasonable. Staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. Will definitely go again if in the area
A great discovery. Very warm and friendly welcome. Great staff and banter. Open fires burning well in all rooms. A diners pub. Had a delicious evening meal. It's a Wadsworth pub with a difference. The beer is served direct from barrels behind the bar. Highly recommended.
Very cosy surroundings, with a roaring fire in each room. Very friendly and attentive staff who are happy to pass the time of day with you. And the food..... fantastic is an understatement. So tasty, so well presented, and the dessert was sheer heaven. I've not enthused so much about a meal out before this and I'd be more than happy to return. Top marks and thank you to all the staff at The Raven.
