Martin and Hayley May bid you a warm and friendly welcome to The White Swan … our beautiful 18th century thatched pub nestling in the quiet Northamptonshire countryside in the charming village of Holcot, just a couple of miles from the picturesque Pitsford Reservoir.
Since moving in we have made extensive improvements to both the interior and exterior to make this historic pub into a warm, friendly welcoming atmosphere to regulars and visitors alike … and we’re very dog friendly!.

Probably the best village pub in Northamptonshire! Excellent bitter and Guinness, lager pop too. Lovely family that owns it, friendly locals and dogs allowed. Roaring winter fire and shady area for those summer heatwaves. No food as yet, ( quiz nights accepted)
Perfectly decent village pub, good beers, menu a little pretentious and on the high side. For some strange reason, every village pub we visited that day, did a decent job of being identical to the last / next. All very clean and tidy, painted grey. Very strange. My apologies for the error. Posted on wrong page !
Fabi and Rober were amazing! I had my first pimms in my life and i loved it, my fav dink of the summer. Both were really helpfull when advising me for drinks, nice, and kind. The enviroment was welcome, I will definitely come back!
Very friendly pub with well-kept real ales. there are two large bars with plenty of seating. There is also a beer garden with a small stage. Live music is often held during the summer months.
Couldn't get a better pub or landlords. Hayley and Martin are so hospitable and welcoming, the bar staff are also friendly. The pub has been renovated beautifully and is spotlessly clean and tidy. Live music is a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon in the sunshine.
