Stayed here because its walking distance to a show I was attending at the Regency Theatre. I rode up on my motorbike and Peter and Doreen were happy to let me park it in their back garden area. A very welcoming place and my room was spotless having just completed a major refurbishment. Would definitely stay again. Friendly locals in the bar and great beer selection.

Stayed here recently and found the staff very friendly and helpful.. The proprietors Peter and Doreen go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.. The prices are very reasonable and the bar is full of friendly locals. The atmosphere is 'party like' and there was live music on the night we stayed. Would definitely recommend a visit and looking forward to returning to see the NEW lounge bar that is opening shortly.
The owners and the staff at the Wheatsheaf Hotel are polite and friendly, the facilities are good, and it all comes at a very reasonable price as well. A very good place to stay when in the Stoke On Trent area.
