We pooped in for lunch on a chilly winters day. The service, atmosphere and staff were all excellent. I had the perfectly sized chicken and leek pie of the day and hubby had butlers steak with blue cheese sauce. Both were very tasty and would recommend both. Will definitely go again
We booked a table at the Waters Edge as part of our holiday on the broads. The staff were lovely over email and helped us make sure there was a mooring reserved for our boat when we arrived. We ended up getting there a bit early but still managed to moor up and just spent the afternoon enjoying the sunshine and the beer! The food was excellent - full menu is served inside, with a smaller menu outside. The meal was excellent, great food for vegans as well as carnivores, and extremely friendly and attentive staff. There was a very loud party outside who were playing music and swimming, but they weren't really causing much bother just having fun (apparently it was an annual gathering!). In the evenings there are water skiing boats that depart from the jetty so it was quite fun watching them coming and going into the evening! Really lovely place to spend the evening, not cheap but we really did appreciate the great food and service.
Swung by here this morning for a birthday Guinness! We sat out the front and enjoyed the passing boats! The young lady that served us was really polite and helpful. We enjoyed it so much we stayed and ordered lunch. I had the ribs which were HUGE and my Wife had the crab which was delicious. Massive thanks for having us!
Beautiful Riverside views, atmosphere is chilled and peaceful, reasonable menu choices with a large drink selection. Staff are friendly, service is a little slow. Ideal place to visit if you want a quiet meal and aren't in a rush
Had a fantastic birthday meal. The food and service was excellent. Not to mention the cocktails😋. We had the pooch with us so sat outside in one of the pods, they are great and sheltered us from a shower. Thanks for making my day special 👍
