Stayed overnight whilst do a long distance removal. Very pleasant hosts, clean and pleasant room. Beds were very comfortable.
Useful location. The room we were given was nothing like the photographs on the web. Worst twin beds we have ever slept in. The TV was 12" computer screen high up on the wall. Double glazing was a sheet of glass over the regular window. No breakfast available. A complete rip off for £60 a night. Don't waste your money on a most uncomfortable night.
Room was great value for money even with last minute booking on the day! Clean and well presented, even a little bigger than we thought it would be. Probably one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in in a hotel and it was nice and warm, thankfully as there was snow, with a large radiator which was easily controlled though if it were to be hot. The locals in the pub downstairs were super friendly and helpful with taxis in the local area, chipping in helping the wonderful female staff member which sadly her name slips me. She was a great host being super friendly and welcoming upon our arrival and through our time there.
Lovely little inn. Rooms were lovely and very clean. Staff were very lovely too and welcoming. I don’t know how this hotel is rated 2* when I’ve stayed in 4* no where near the standards of this. Only downside we couldn’t find a cafe on the Sunday morning haha.
Lovely place to stay!! Beds extremely comfortable, room had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly Jean behind the bar!!! Very clean and up to date! We would stay again.
