Went there last week, an absolute hole of note. Very rundown, dated and really needs a good deep clean everywhere. I would have given the place 1 star if it hadn't have been for the cheap beer, which was OK.

Newly renovated to a high standard and the new owners and staff should be proud of themselves!!!!!

Obviously being so close to Sunderland there were more halfwits than you'd usually find in a pub, but they were friendly enough and the booze was cheap.

This club has it all its bar staff are friendly and when I had my party there people drinking in the pub were also friendly. I must admit as a venue having a function room and a close bar was ideal we were all in thde party side but Mam and dad who are not keen on the noise were happy in the bar. Thanks Tony you really made my night...
