This year's AGM is to be held at 7.30 pm in the main hall of the Club on Tuesday 13 September 2022.
All fully paid up members are welcome to attend. You must have a current membership card with you to enter the meeting. Anyone who has not yet collected their membership card it will be behind the bar for collection.
Elections for President, Vice President and Committee will be held shortly after the AGM and nomination forms are posted in the Club for those interested in standing for one of the positions available.
To stand for the Committee you must have been a fully paid up member for at least one full year.
To stand as President or Vice President you must have stood on the Committee for at least two years.
Each nomination must have a proposer and seconder who must also be fully paid up members.
