The hotel seen better days, but works for a work trip. Fair value for price. Didn’t like powder coffee for breakfast.

AVOID most disgusting dirty run down hotel I have ever stayed in!! Pictures speak for themselves! Carpet was dirty we had to wear shoes, hairs in beds, hot room, club opposite that vibrates the floors, broken facilities and just all round dirty

Nice room but Very warm and noisy at night so couldn't leave the window open. No where to get a drink soft or alcoholic after breakfast. Dogs welcome and a good breakfast.

Stayed for 2 nights couldn't fault a thing, all the staff we saw were friendly and approachable, the room was huge and very cleanand the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Location wise it's about 2mins walk to the seafront which is perfect. All together a great experience

Do not pay up front I did and decided to not fill the breakfast order form for 2 of the days due to it being not the best quality ingredients but was OK for the money. On check out I asked if I could get a refund for the two breakfasts I had missed and was told no because I had payed up front, the food was never used or wasted as I hadn't requested it so no loss to the hotel. All staff were very nice, did not expect to be sharing the hotel with strange unfortunate people who where being housed there by the council for what ever reason made our stay very uncomfortable.i think as far as value for money the week we stayed was not worth almost £900 very out dated but clean and friendly no refund for the breakfast which never got cooked
