Be your own Boss - Full Time Head cook/chef required for busy local Bar/Restaurant serving fresh Traditional Homemade Food.
Hours: 5-6 days out of 7 with split shifts from approx 11:30am to 3pm and then 4pm to 8:30pm
Applicant must have experience in this industry with qualifications to be show upon request.
Wage is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
Applicant must be flexible and able to work well under pressure during very busy periods.
Successful applicant will have full control of the day to day running of the kitchen area and its staff, including all relevant paperwork. SFBB, temperature checks, cleaning, health and safety within the kitchen area.
