Staff were friendly and helpful. Modern furnishings and comfortable beds. Location was very good and convenient for me. The reception team was very attentive and helpful to make our stay awesome. The food from the restaurant was really nice.
Firstly, the bedsheets were stained and dirty! It was so disgusting that I slept with no bed sheets. I went in the morning to go get breakfast and come back to see the room dirty? I thought it would be cleaned but turns out not. I then asked the receptionist if they could get someone to change the dirty bedsheets and they said they can’t because housekeeping left. So then I asked if they could bring me a new blanket entirely, and he said he would do it- I come back and nothing. Service is bad. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
The hotel is located at an excellent spot near Old Trafford! Ideal for united fans . The Staff were really pleasant and made our stay a peaceful one. Roshan and Ajay were especially very warm to our group, and took care of their duties in a dutiful way! Will choose same hotel again for sure if I visit Old Trafford for a match.
Lovely hotel too stay at, the staff are really friendly and helpful. Great building and location, very close to Old Trafford and the metrolink is a 2 minute walk away for the rest of Manchester. Didn't have a evening meal but did have breakfast, options of continental or full English it was nice. Still a little bit of work ongoing there but my room was clean and I had a great uninterrupted sleep even with my 5 year old.
It is an amazing place to stay over when you are visiting for holidays. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They make sure the room is clean and tidy everyday. However, during my stay i had a chat with one of the housekeeper while she was tidying up room and she seemed disturbed. It was so sad to know how over worked the staff are the hotel. And with soo much less appreciation. Feel sorry for the staff who work under the management and being treated like animals. The world can be a really better place if we can treat our employee as humans and not machines. Thank You.
