Service staff were lovely. Unfortunately that was the only positive. the food was terrible quality compared to other TCs I've visited (and on a Sunday!! ). Also came a cropper of a parking fine of the FREE ???? car park. Toby carvery need to explain the parking situation on their website as from a quick Google I'm not the only one who's suffered a hefty fine. I'm happy to pay for parking if required but don't like being duped out of money. Poor show.
The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful, we had the carvery and the roast beef, lamb, turkey and pork were absolutely delicious as were the Yorkshire Puddings, the chef was very friendly and the waitress who looked after us was lovely. We also had the ice-cream and chocolate puddings to round things off.
Food was lovely but more than that l, the staff are amazing. We can't thank our server Murray enough for his kindness and patience with our disabled son who was a little overwhelmed. Murray is a credit to the company and it makes all the difference in the world to feel welcome and accepted. Thank you so much!
The staff were fabulous,.friendly and helpful. It was Christmas day and everyone was greated with a smile. Service was quick, food hot and plentiful. Little gift for the kids was a nice touch. General Christmas atmosphere was lacking, could have been any day of the year.
My partner and I had a booked table at Tony Carvery and the experience was great, food was amazing and very well priced, great atmosphere but most of all we had a fantastic waitress. Donna waited on us and was cheery and smiley and pleasant all round - a breath of fresh air these days, she ensured we were looked after, comfortable and happy and was always around if we needed anything! Huge praise to Donna for making the experience pleasant, it makes the difference especially at this time of year!
