Built in 1792, this refurbished pub retains plenty of character and charm and is conveniently situated in the heart of Hazel Grove. It is renowned for its cask ales and home cooked food and is a great place to call into if you are out shopping or just socialising with friends.
Was brilliant, nice chilled atmosphere not too loud, very clean, staff and landlord were lovely
Always welcoming and great food, what more could you ask for along with a great selection of beers. Its a friendly pub run by a fantastic Landlord and Landlady and great staff.
Incredible pub, with a great atmosphere, thanks to the phenomenonal landlord and landlady. The stunning home-cooked food is one of the areas best kept secrets too. A visit is highly recommended.
Excellent traditional pub. Friendly atmosphere and bar staff. Good food, jukebox and range of Robbies cask ales although a bit pricier than should be expected. Several tv screens to watch live sport.
Very enjoyable meal and drinks with excellent COVID protocols. The chef kindly put a vegan meal together for us and came out to make sure all was ok. The staff did a brilliant job in providing table service. Felt very safe and comfortable. Highly recommended for both food and beer.
