Really looked after us. British Legion Riders breakfast. Great food and great service. Lovely people who run this place. Opened early to accommodate us.

Recently reopened the Three Horseshoes is a brilliant pub. There are two areas, the main bar and the dining area. The main bar has booths and other seats, as well as pool table and dart board. There's a jukebox and TV that shows news and sport. The food is exemplary, we had pizza, steak and gnocchi, all were very good. There's plenty of choice and the menu caters well for vegetarians and vegans. They have specials week, recently its been steak and pie. The pub also offers a takeaway service, I've had the takeaway pizza and it's just as good as it is sitting in the restaurant. Everything is reasonably priced and the bar staff are very friendly. Highly recommended and a great community hub for Wistow.

What a great pub in a beautiful village. As I took a photo of the church over the road from the pub, I saw a kite flying over, and in the pub they served red kite beer from grainstore, so we had a few. The dirty fries are a meal in a bowl. Brilliant. I recently came back again , this time with The Haddenham Easyriders International who all had the dirty fries! Which apparently are one of the riders Dan's best food he has ever tasted! Ok he was smoking a dodgy vape machine , but we all agreed even in a cheesy chip of the year award they could be up for our shield.... But on the way home we told The Green Man at Colne that their 2023 cheesy chip of the years chips might have just come second! So watch this space.

I believe this pub reopened again last autumn after being closed for awhile. This is a proper family run business, where you are made to feel very welcome by the family Scott. The pub is definitely family orientated plus your pet dogs are welcome. It is the only pub within the small village of Wistow. Not only do local villagers frequent the pub but people from nearby locations, travel to enjoy the warm hospitality offered. They sell a selection of popular keg lagers and beers along with 2 cask ales on draught. In addition, there are low / non alcoholic options on sale. Prices are quite reasonable for the area. Food is served during specific times of the day and is freshly prepared. My meal was very tasty. There is a separate dining area where you can book a table in advance. Within the bar is a pool table and a dart board, juke box plus a couple of TVs showing Sky sports etc. There is an open fireplace to add warmth during cold snaps. During my visit there was a live folk music performance. There is a bus stop across the road. I would highly recommend a visit to this true classic country "local".
