Lovely little place with wonderful owners. Very reasonable prices and great atmosphere.

Camped in field at rear of the pub. No food available. Great people running the pub will visit again.
Great place for a pub stop over.Just spent 3 nights here for £9 per night for the van . Good friendly old pub with games room and a fair selection of beer. The men's outside toilet is open 24/7, there's no ladies outside but our parters used it when the pub was shut i.e. in the night if needed . The stop over is to the rear in a huge field with sheep in it. There's plenty of walks for dogs. It's a short drive into Rothbury
