Popped in for a quick meal en route to our hotel. Very fast and friendly service. Piping hot meal and reasonable prices. Thank you.

Family meal out, there were easily over 20 of us and we pre ordered the food which was great! So easy to know people had already decided and we could just tell the staff when we were ready for food. All started off great, food came out around 20/25 minutes after we had ask which we all thought was really quick considering there were over 20 of us, which was great! However , when eating we felt like the member of staff was watching over us and as soon as 1 person had took their last mouthful the staff member removed the plate. Our poor nanna who had travelled from Thirsk for this meal was still chewing her last bite before her plate was taken away, which we all felt was too rushed. Empty glasses were being taken away whilst we were eating which is fair enough but when the glasses are been taken from across the table whilst you’re trying to enjoy your meal was disrespectful I thought. Once everyone had finished there it meal we were opting to stay for some more drinks and all have a catch up however we felt that rushed to get out of the place we just left and went elsewhere. Glasses were being taken that weren’t even finished. Just a quick tip for staff in future, do not try and rush customers!! Other than that we enjoyed the food and the place was clean, there was also a little park for the kids which was great!

Had Sunday lunch today for my mams 85 birthday have been before and enjoyed it but today wasn’t good waited quite a while for food but as a table of 8 was understandable about the wait. Food came out with one portion of peas , swede , cauliflower cheese , and mixed veg. No way was it enough to feed eight people had to ask for more mashed potatoes were yuk funny colour and glupy meat is not from a joint of meat it’s processed packaged meat overall we spent a lot of money and was quite disappointed also the staff need to smile a bit more

The teal arm's is a popular pub in ingleby barwick it is a good place for a parmo they are very nice indeed my partner and I had them I had a normal one and my partner had a hotshot one they were both excellent and good value for £6 a head as you can see from these pics very highly recommend the staff are really great and make you so welcome.
