6 of us have been regular visitors on a Friday night for drinks for a while now and decided earlier this week to book for dinner The food was simply outstanding Kitchen made onion bhajis and the most amazing scotch egg were the starters of choice followed by the burger, sausage and mash (amazing sauce) and mussels One desert was enough and we chose the brambly cinnamon apple crumble one portion provided enough for two !! The Swan OTG is a great pub that holds dear its values as a best in class village pub these values or more than reflected in the great food Book today
Lovely country pub on the green. This is the true English country side setting with a pub on the green. Lucky enough to visit while a cricket match was being played. Really friendly and inviting environment
Great food at a traditional English pub by a village green. We had the seafood platter and charcuterie starters. Both excellent with my seafood tasting really fresh amd accompanied by lovely soft bread and butter. My mains of ham and chicken pie also really good with a generous chunky filling. Partner had the sausages and mash - generous portion of quality sausages. Desserts excellent. All in all a great meal and the staff were lovely!
Lovely lunch at a lovely pub! Food and service was super and the two open fires were great on a wet cold day. Would highly recommend a visit. And look forward to returning.
Excellent experience as always. We had lovely food platters. On a terrible cold, wet and windy day, the open fire was a warm welcome and we (including the dogs) didn't want to leave! Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you!
