Great intimate music venue. Not many ales but good selection of lagers etc.
This happend to me like two years I didnt say much about it because i didnt know who to talk to about it.I really enjoyed going here when i was 18 and in my early 20s but sadly that came to a halt because of a security guard who falsely accused me of having drugs on me even though i dont take them, before i went to the nightclub i was having a drink with someone who i thought was my friend and then i had planned to go to surburbia that night. I had felt really off and really drunk to the point were i could not walk straight, I went inside the club and felt really dizzy and i decided to leave and sit outside the bar on the floor outside, people outside walking did say if i was ok and stuff after that i went home alone becuase i felt really sick, i went back the next day feeling better and then i was told i wasnt allowed in becuase the security man found drugs on me, i was confused because i know i didnt have anything on me and then i felt really sad becuase it was my favorite place to go to when i felt sad, I just felt really let down by that security guard for blatently lying about something i didnt do just becuase i was on the floor feeling very sick, i really hope i can come back here because it is a nice venue and the people are nice. I used to come here all the time and to be just told you cant come in really hurt me
Great little live music venue.
Has to be the most musically diverse club in Southampton, you can find events like nowhere else, with live bands from all over the UK playing metal, punk, rock, dnb, techno, you name it. Staff is friendly, and drink prices are not out of this world. Also big ups to the security team, who are doing their jobs properly.
Great value for money on the drinks, and a great place to get up close and personal with some of your favourite bands. As December Falls smashed it, and Glass Heart are a band to watch out for.
