Superb night out with friends and family. Good beer selection and good area available for pool.

I paid tickets for a night out there because I knew the performer but it was free to get in! The bouncers were a bit over the top. Our group was local respected members of the community aged 35+, we may as well had hoodies and pocket knives! Well this is why I stick to live music in pubs these days. You can get in with trainers but no sportswear. You have to climb a few flights to get in, so accessibility may be an issue for some. Once inside, it is a nice space but the only ventilation is some top windows. It wasn't busy this time but would easily be a sweat box if full. You are not permitted to leave and re enter but there is a smoking area in the back. Decent bar and sound system. I think a few stags and hens were there and one rowdy group that were a bit off putting. But I felt safe, and maybe with more atmosphere or alcohol! would have got into it more. I may pop in one day for sport as they have a big screen and pool tables.

Great venue with a lot of potential. My first time on a night out in Biggleswade and decided to visit as wanted to try somewhere new. Free entry and the DJ was good. My only bit of criticism is I did have to be patted down again when I went to the smoking area and came back in. Normally the bouncers recognise your face but I'm assuming it was just a one-off. Overall though, a decent little venue if you're looking for a club type atmosphere.

Went here last weekend after discovering it by accident and so glad I decided to try it out! By far the best meal I’ve had in a long time! The quality of the food and ingredients is just amazing and everything is made fresh. Got chatting to Joe the manager who is an absolutely lovely guy and extremely welcoming and helpful. All the staff are super friendly and polite and seemed to go out of their way to help. Could not fault our waitress, who I believe was called Amelia, who was amazing! The chef there is a lovely lady who I was fortunate enough to get to meet to pass on my compliments on the food and her food is out of this world! I could not fault a single thing about my visit and I’m going back tomorrow for a work do and to introduce some of my friends to my new favourite, and best place to eat for miles, can’t wait to see the amazing team again and try some new things from the menu! I would recommend Stairway to everyone.
