It's spoons,the best one in chesterfield.The other one is OK if you want to get drugs or take orders of local shoplifters.
For Xmas Eve, busy. Will be back later. Had steak and chips. Real friendly place, food was good. More friendly and less heavy drinkers. Boxing day. Mixed grill. Chesterfield, great town.
Pretty impressive for a Wetherspoons. Always a great selection of ales (more than - a lot of other Wetherspoons) that regularly change. Food is your standard stuff for a spoons, but I’ve never had any problems with how it’s cooked at this one.
Busy but got a table, easily ordered food with the app, drinks came quickly and the food was reasonably priced, nice and tasty
Spoons does exactly what it says on the tin. All Spoons are the same, nothing fancy. Food is crazy cheap and always to a good standard. It will never be gourmet, but if you're fancing pub grub or some sexy starters (or just want a cheap meal), this is the place. Atmosphere can vary depending on how long the day drinkers have been in there 😅
