Well good and bad we booked are for family gathering OK nice area. Queued for drink took a while others at our table ordered drink through app waited 20 min or more had to ask when coming a few times. Ordered food at bar waited 30 to 40 minutes for plate of chips and donut and waffle. Donut and waffle were like rocks needed a saw would not recommend. Others waited ages for food steaks etc were not blown away. You are put out of seat as soon as time up .you need to book seat . I walked to toilet a waitress stood in front of table hands out its booked its booked. I will not be going bake Need more staff and management need to have a look at themselves.
We were served by Eve ant table 3 she was absolutely lovely, very attentive and not pushy in the slightest! Food and drinks were amazing! We will definitely be back! The boozy brunch menu is a must and great value for money.
Don't eat here. Plus side we complained and got the money back. I'm sure this is a good place to drink - just don't eat there!
Came for a boozy brunch with work friends for a leaving drink and Meggy was exceptional. She was lovely n what amazed us most was that she remembered every single one of our rounds, even our with all changes! She’s definitely a credit to this place.
Price: £ Food: 7/10 Drinks: 9/10 Staff: 9/10 Arriving, we were questioned about our booking, which we had to prove before being seated. A somewhat unsavoury reception, however, the service within the bar was excellent. Having placed orders on the app, our drinks arrived speedily each time, as did our food. We were brought a wrong dish and it was quickly and easily rectified by the waitress. The drinks themselves were fantastic. Colourful at times, well presented and tasted amazing. The food was nice, the chicken wings being excellent. Some of the nicest tasting chicken wings I’ve had. I was a little disappointed with the tacos. They’re unlike any tacos I’ve ever eaten before and were clumsy and hard to eat, due to not being in the correct shape. The bar is clean and tidy, decorated elegantly. A very nice bar to go to for food and drinks, and is children friendly. The toilets are located up a flight of stairs, so are not entirely accessible I felt.
